Victoria

Based on the Retail codes for gas and electricity, TRUenergy has developed a retail energy charter. For customers on Standing Offer Tariffs (in VIC) or regulated tariffs (outside VIC), this document outlines the rights and responsibilities of TRUenergy to you and your responsibilities in the arrangement.
For customers on our market-based plans, this charter, together with the terms and conditions of your plan and the details outlined on your schedule form the agreement.
