To pay your account by credit card online, click here to pay using our secure online payment form. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Or call us on 133 466. Credit Card payment is not available for customers on some contracts.
If you choose to mail your payment, please make your cheque or money order payable to TRUenergy. You'll find the address on your bill.
It's an easy, convenient way to pay multiple bills during one telephone call. Just contact your bank, building society or credit union to make payments from your account.
At Newsagents: The Bill Express payment channel is no longer available.
At Australia Post: Simply present your bill and payment at any Australia Post Office or Australia Post Agency.
