By submitting this application form I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided with this application form:

1. You agree to pay the extra amount for your selected TRUenergy Green product as selected on your application form above. You agree that this amount, which will appear on your TRUenergy electricity account will be charged in addition to the electricity prices and charges that you are obliged to pay under your electricity sale and supply contract with us.
2. We may vary the prices of your TRUenergy Green product from time to time and we will use our best endeavours to provide you with at least 30 days notice in the event of a price variation.
3. You may switch to another appropriate TRUenergy Green product or withdraw from the program by providing 30 days written notice to us.
4. The proportion of electricity purchased by TRUenergy from renewable energy sources to meet your TRUenergy GreenPower choice is dispatched into the community power grid. We cannot guarantee any or all electricity actually supplied to you is partly or exclusively from renewable energy sources. Find out more about green energy.
5. These terms and conditions do not limit, vary or exclude the operation of any electricity sale and supply agreement between you and us.

“You” and “Your” means the customer specified on your confirmation letter or on the document titled ‘Product Schedule for your energy plan’. “We” and “Our” means TRUenergy Pty Ltd .
