Managing your account
TRUenergy’s dedicated account managers provide support and service whenever you need it.
They’re available to assist you with matters relating to your energy requirements including contract arrangements, transfers and relocations, billing enquiries and payment options, metering issues as well as GreenPower accredited renewable energy options specific to large business.
Other matters your account manager can help you with are:
- Access to Utiliview, an online data tool that lets you track and monitor energy usage
- Consolidated billing to simplify reconciliation and analysis
- Credit enquiries
- Vacating a site
If you intend to vacate a site, please contact your account manager to arrange your gas and/or electricity disconnection.
For electricity disconnections, helpful information and instructions can also be found on our vacation of premise form. Once completed, simply email it to your account manager.

Please note that 30 days notice is required for all disconnections, and early termination fees may apply. Also ensure that the distributor has access to the site on the disconnection date to disconnect the supply.
