What to do if you're moving

Moving a business can be stressful enough without having to worry about your energy supply. TRUenergy makes it easy for you to relocate with confidence, knowing that your electricity and gas will be up and running without a hitch at your new location. Just follow these three simple steps:

Review our business energy plans and select the most suitable one for your new location by visiting business energy plans.

Approximately two weeks prior to your move call 133 466 and advise our service team when to disconnect and reconnect your electricity and/or gas supply. Confirm with our service staff which business energy plan you would like.Alternatively, you can sign up online. Complete a move request through our online quote process.

It’s that easy, once you have confirmed our offer you can relax, knowing your new location will be connected and ready for business when you are.


Register an additional account holder

To register an additional account holder on your existing account simply complete our online Register an additional account holder form.

Please note, that before any changes can be made, all account holders (including new account holders) must agree to these changes.


Update account details

If you’ve changed any details relating to your account (e.g. new mailing address) it's important to let us know Just use our online Update account details form to ensure all your details are current.


Register a meter read

If you’ve received an estimated bill but would like a bill based on your actual meter reading you can enter your own meter reading  by visiting our Register a meter read form.
