We have several easy ways you can pay your accounts. Just choose the option that suits you best.
If you've entered into a market contract with us, you may have already agreed to a particular payment method. Please refer to your contract terms and conditions for more details.
Direct debit
Never miss paying a bill on time. Call us on 133 466 to arrange automatic deductions from your nominated account, or print out and return a completed application form (.pdf file, 59 kb).
If you'd prefer to mail your payment, please make your cheque or money order payable to TRUenergy and post it to: TRUenergy, Locked Bag 14060, Melbourne VIC 8001.
BPAY
It's an easy, convenient way to pay multiple bills during one telephone call. Just contact your bank, building society or credit union to make payments from your account.
In person at Australia Post
Simply present your bill and payment at any Australia Post Office or Australia Post Agency.
Credit card
To pay your account by credit card please call us on 133 466. Credit card payment is not available for customers on some specific contracts, please call us if you have any queries.
